Wildlife is getting harder to find these days. I think they're sick of winter already. And every day is overcast and stormy, so the light isn't very interesting. It hasn't stopped me from trying though... All I could find this weekend were a couple of nice mule deer and a bunch of cow moose. I didn't shoot the cow moose. BIG. Big, mule deer buck. I've been stalking this guy near Spring Gulch for a couple weeks, finally got close enough to get a picture of him. I'd love to get a full-frame headshot of him, he's the man.


And his smaller friend. He let me get closer. Why do the big guys not let you get as close as the smaller ones? Because they think you're going to kill them, that's why. Hunters...
